27 days until I start my flight to Kathmandu, Nepal by way of China. 16 days of trekking from Lukla, Nepal to Mount Everest Base Camp and back. 70 miles round trip trekking with an altitude change of 9,000 feet to 18,300 feet. Two days of acclimation on the way up. All gear has been secured.......ready and eager to go.
