In two weeks I will have flown to Vancouver..on the way to China..on to Kathmandu, Nepal.....and been escorted for a day in the city...in two weeks from tomorrow I will have flown to Lukla and begun the trek of my life......am I ready..you bet...errrrr started the 3rd cold in row..first one lasted 34 days..then 6 good days....then the second cold which lasted 12 days..then 8 days of health..now 3 days into the 3rd cold....have never experienced this...others say the same thing...and yes..I am taking massive amounts of the wellness formula...
