Well...at Namche today....and tomorrow to acclimate......today was a killer..six suspension bridges including one way way up high...and we treked up to 4200 meters....I was totally spent in the effort due to altitude....no protein in the meals...and little sleep for three nights.
We take a short hike tomorrow to a higher altitude and then return to Namche.
Pictures can't be transmitted because of low internet....so when I return..I have a whole lot to post
After tomorrow probably no posts for a few days as we think this is the highest it is up here.
